At PeloDog Pilates, we take a contemporary, or “West Coast,” approach to teaching Pilates. It is our philosophy to adhere to the original teaching of Joseph Pilates, while also incorporating modern-day principles of biomechanics, kinesiology and exercise science.  Our classes are creative, fluid and science-backed with the goal, always, being that you earn a workout that is challenging, fully-body, safe and fun.   


We want you to look forward to coming, enjoy while doing, and leave feeling fabulous and ready for more!  


PeloDog founder Jen is nationally known as an expert in both fitness and rehab modalities of Pilates, and has been a full-time instructor and studio owner for over a decade.  Jen earned her primary comprehensive qualification as well as advanced certifications in Pilates for injuries and pathologies and pre- and post-natal Pilates from Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI).  All instructors have completed comprehensive Pilates training - we know what's up!


Our studio is equipped with Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, EXO Chairs, and all sorts of fun props to enhance your workout.  

At PeloDog, we enjoy four class formats to keep things fresh, varied and fun.   All classes utilize Pilates reformers, chairs and accompanying props.  


  • Pilates Flow:  This is our most traditional Pilates class where you'll work all of your muscles, move your body in all planes of motion, and mobilize your spine in flexion, rotation, lateral flexion, and extension.  You'll leave feeling longer, stronger and totally connected to your body.  All levels welcome (*if you are injured, please contact the studio).  


  • Pilates Athletic:  Enjoy the muscle lengthening, core targeting and fluid sequences of our Flow class, with added intensity to push your limits.  Expect to feel the burn in this class with heightened balance challenges, advanced sequencing and faster transitions.  This advanced class is suitable for clients with prior Pilates experience;  This class does not provide modifications (*if you are injured, please contact the studio). 


  • Pilates Jump:  Blending Pilates precision with cardio, expect to jump, plank, burn and repeat.  We promise to get your heart pumping and muscles shaking.  This class is suitable for clients with prior Pilates experience (*if you are injured, please contact the studio).   


  • Pilates Root: Like our flow class, with a more emphasis on stretching, and slower, deeper, more fundamental movement.  This is our most grounding class, much of which is supine (on-your-back) on the reformer.  You'll leave feeling longer, stronger and more connected to your body.  All levels welcome (*if you are injured, please contact the studio).
