We LOVE bikes, and believe indoor cycling offers one of the most  heart-pumping, motivating, all-levels and FUN workouts available.  At PeloDog, we use both music AND metrics to create a fun AND effective ride.  We earn major results on our revolutionary Stages SC3 bikes, which are equipped with power technology that allows all fitness levels to ride together with the same sense of intensity and accomplishment.  We fuel our rides with pumping tunes and often ride to the beat.  We use each other for motivation, inspiration and accountability!  We are committed, always, to a safe, effective and authentic indoor cycling experience.
