With over 23 years under her pedals as a cycling instructor, Jennifer specializes in creating empowering rides with a purpose that help you reach your goals. Her classes are fun and inspirational, and she can also spin a mean theme ride. Jennifer is well-known in the indoor cycling world, first as a master trainer for the Spinning® program, and now as founder of the Indoor Cycling Association, an online resource that educates and inspires thousands of cycling instructors around the world. She’s an avid cyclist, former ski instructor, and a current crazy cat lady.
Teaching indoor cycling is Emily's "happy place." While she enjoys all fitness classes in general, and recreating in the great outdoors, riding a spin bike is, simply put, her favorite way to workout. It's a combination of the endorphin rush, the great music and the power that a person can generate that makes it so appealing to her.
When taking her class, expect to give it everything you've got and know she has your back the entire time. She believes in positivity to her core, and presents her classes in such a way that motivates her riders to find the best in themselves and leave feeling invigorated and proud of what they've accomplished. Emily teaches with empowerment, humor and music that inspires riders to achieve results!
